An innovation for the summer season 2019 is the ‘Chef-en-Residence’ project to attract young chefs to spend three months in the village working with the permanent staff to create and serve exciting food while gaining the opportunity of discovering life in the Cevennes.
We are working on developing our terrace restaurant area for the 2019 season for a full al-fresco experience.
